TERMS OF SERVICE

Agreement

By creating an account or using the SANE Church app or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and you agree to give accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Every feature in the app is free; there is no subscription and no paid tier.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app to harass, threaten, defame, or harm anyone; to post sexual, hateful, violent, or illegal content; to impersonate others; to spam or solicit; or to attempt to break, scrape, or reverse engineer the service.

The live community voice room is moderated. We may mute, remove, suspend, or permanently ban any account that violates these rules, without notice. You can report misconduct at grow@sane.church.com and we will act on reports within 24 hours.

Your content

You keep ownership of your journal entries, prayers, notes, recordings, and artwork. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content back to you. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Scripture, study, and companion tools

Bible text is provided by third-party translation providers. The study, devotional, and companion tools generate suggestions to support your own reading and can be wrong. They are not a substitute for Scripture, pastoral counsel, medical care, legal advice, or emergency services. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or dial 988 in the United States.

Giving

Gifts made through the app are voluntary donations to SANE Church and are generally non-refundable. Contact us within 30 days if a gift was made in error.

Availability and disclaimer

The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SANE Church is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
